Hamid M. Nia, MD, FACC, FSCAI, attended the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran, and received his medical degree in 1993. Furthermore, he relocated to the United States, where he conducted his residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center (2001-2005). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in cardiovascular disease medicine (2005-2008) and interventional cardiology (2008-2009) at Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences in New Jersey. Dr. Nia received board certification in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease medicine, and interventional cardiology from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
